The use of Remote Support is key to containing costs and providing a high level of service.

Support Contracts

are optional, but recommended for installations with servers. Support contracts can include an agreed amount of on-site time if required,.  There is no minimum number of users for a support contract, which may usually be cancelled with just 30 days notice.

Satisfaction guarantee 

If you are not satisfied at the end of the first month, the monthly fee will be waived and the arrangement terminated.
